Each of these workshops was originally built on the request of clients asking me to “teach us what it is you do.”

Working With Others - this workshop is a “how to” gold mine for individuals who must engage and work with others to define current and future business requirements.

Impact For Influence - this workshop is for individuals who must design and present value-based solutions as part of their role.

Group Facilitation Mastery - this workshop is for individuals who must help groups interact more effectively.

The workshops are primarily concerned with learning attitudes, strategies and skills rather than teaching theory. I facilitate all of the workshops and model the client engagement process that is taught during the workshop. This allows consultants to experience first hand the power behind each of the techniques. The workshops are normally tailored to your requirements. They are always structured to be driven by the participating Consultant’s needs and issues. New skills are learnt through active participation in a safe group environment where instant coaching and feedback is available.
