A Thinking Partnership is a special coaching relationship, which provides a safe space to work things through. Working together we explore solutions, develop strategies, make decisions and plan next steps. Having an experienced guide to work with makes this much easier.

What areas do we work on?

A Thinking Partnership tends to work at four different levels:

Agenda, which focuses on larger issues, including the affect of impact and influence on business results.

Development, for people stepping up to a new role, or preparing for a future job.

Performance, for people improving the effectiveness of their impact and influence in their current job, and for executives at risk through interpersonal problems.

Skills, for people who must learn specific skills for more impact and influence in their current role.
