Work Themes
My role is to transform thinking.
There are three styles of intervention available. Group facilitation, individual coaching and action-based workshops. We are usually working on the following themes.
Influence - Deciding With Others:
Used in situations where, as a part of their role, executives and professionals need to reach decisions with others. They want to influence thinking, decision-making and action in positive ways.
Interaction - Working With Others: Where people must work together to achieve common goals. They want to sharpen their ‘people skills’ and other aspects of creative collaboration.
Accountability - Planning With Others:
For situations where people must plan actions together in order to get things done. They want to focus on key issues, generate solutions and build action plans that result in greater commitment.
Dialogue - Thinking With Others:
When people must explore their ideas and thinking in depth. They want greater clarity about the situation before making their next moves.
Resolution - Reconciling With Others:
Used in situations where key people are stuck because of conflicting opinions. They need to reach a mutually acceptable, self-determined, lasting agreement on a way forward.
