iGriff is me, Clive Griffiths.

I started as an independent facilitator and coach in 1998, when I left my senior level corporate career behind me. I’d spent the previous year working with complexities of culture change in organisations. It was during this time my love for coaching leaders and consultants; and working with small groups developed.

Before that I had a varied business background, mixing systems design, business development and leadership; in organisations such as ICL, Digital Equipment Corporation and AtosOrigin.

I have a knack for getting to the essence of things quickly. My role to make it easier for people get clear, reach decisions and take action.

When I’m not working, I like nothing more than training my dog to compete in Working Trials. These competitions are the civilian equivalent of Police Dog work and the canine counterpart of the Three Day Event for horses.
