Hello, I’m Clive Griffiths an independent group-process facilitator and executive coach, based in the UK. Welcome and thank you for joining me at this website.

I work mainly with Leaders, Change Agents and Consultants. My focus is helping people develop collaborative leadership capabilities, especially during times of change. The interventions I’m involved in include:

Strategic Offsite Meetings for large and small groups that need to work together toward common goals. Leaders who use me for this work normally want to experience more productive meetings, creative collaboration and smoother decision-making.

Executive Thinking Partnerships for individuals who need to gain fresh perspectives. They want the opportunity to explore critical issues they’re facing at work with an independent, objective listener. Using a structured framework we fully explore their desired outcome, generate ideas, make choices and prepare for action.

Active Learning Groups a unique environment for small-groups of Leaders and Consultants who want to transform themselves, while making change happen in their organisations. These groups provide the time and space for individuals to explore their own challenges. In essence they are about learning how to learn, while participating in the cut and thrust of daily action. Each session follows a deliberate process of observation, inquiry, dialogue and discovery.
